Sangdrol here. If you plan to join us for our free weekly meditation session, you might want to make a note that we have moved our location from the Lions Clubhouse on Nevada, to the Hispanic Affairs Project building’s meeting room, and changed the time from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm.

After a whole year, this group still meets every Sunday to receive quietude and peaceful energy. While we have enjoyed our community it’s become clear that this group is important to Montrose for those who are seeking others with like interests and a spiritual connection. The sessions have included walking meditations, breathing techniques that allow you to meditate more deeply, body scan meditations, healing for ourselves and the world, visualizations that improve self-worth and change trends such as floods or fires. We have been busy in the last 12 months.

Our new location is exciting because it will allow us to add new explorations such as movies, guest speakers, community events and more. It’s modern, clean and boasts padded seats!.A bigger kitchen, more privacy, more parking, and just a block from Meditation Spaces shop where you can purchase items for your sacred space by requesting a consultation right there after meditation class.
